The 2014 Army Pay Charts are the monthly base pay amount. This does not include and allowances, special pays, or bonuses. The 2014 Pay reflects a 1.8% raise from 2013.

**Applicable to E-1 with 4 months or more active duty. Basic pay for an E-1 with less than 4 months of active duty is $1,416.30.
